What’s the time commitment?
Depends on your squad! Most teams skip the practice drama and just show up for the games, so you won’t be living at the field.
What equipment do I need?
Grab some soccer cleats, shin guards, and a jersey. Some teams hand out jerseys like candy, while others make you buy one for about $15—cheaper than a bad date!
How do I get a jersey?
Sometimes your team hooks you up with a jersey, other times you’ll need to snag one from the league. Ask your team captain so you don’t end up wearing your grandpa’s old tee.
What are the skill levels?
We’ve got two flavors: Casual and Skilled. Casual is for newbies or folks shaking off the rust—think “I haven’t kicked a ball since middle school” vibes, with a few sneaky talents. Skilled is for the hotshots who know how to pass to space, make runs, and probably dream in soccer formations.
Is slide tackling allowed?
Nope, slide tackling is a no-go. Keep the Hollywood stunts for the movies!
How long are the seasons?
We jam 7 to 9 games into each season—enough to get your soccer fix without turning your life into a sports montage!
How many seasons are there in a year?
We’ve got three seasons: Winter, Spring, and Fall. Because apparently, we think summer’s too hot for chasing balls around!
How many referees do you use?
We roll with a dual referee system—two sets of eyes to catch your sneaky fouls!
Are your referees certified?
Yup, our refs are certified and have wrangled adult soccer chaos before. They’re basically the soccer whisperers!
How many teams are in the league?
Each division—Casual and Skilled—has about 7 to 8 teams, so that’s roughly 14 to 16 teams total. Enough to keep things spicy but not a total circus!
Do you have an age-restricted division?
Coming Fall 2025, we’re launching an Over 40 men/Over 30 women division for those who want to kick it with a bit more… wisdom.
What is the best way to get involved?
Hop onto our Free Agent registration page like it’s a Black Friday sale. You can ping the league too, but heads-up: we’ve got dudes galore, so if you’re a guy, bringing a woman teammate is like bringing a golden ticket!
When can I expect to get a response about joining?
We keep an eye on registrations and usually hit you back a couple months before the season starts. Outside that, we might reply slower since we’re running this league like a side hustle, not a 9-to-5!
Can I join as an individual or do I need to have a team?

If I want to start my own team, do I need to have a full roster?
Nah, you don’t need a full squad. We’ll toss in some free agents to fill out your roster, but fair warning: women free agents are rarer than a unicorn at a penalty kick!
