Rules

• Teams need 5 women on the field. If they have fewer than 5, they play short unless both teams agree to the change.  There can be 1 woman as goalkeeper and 4 women on the field, that is fine.
• Minimum of 3 women to play.
• At no time should a team have more than 6 men playing unless both teams agree.
• No slide tackling.
• Games start on time. A team may get a 10-minute grace period if they need a bit more time. The clock still runs.
